You will combine routine administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and social media content creation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are required. Responsibilities of the Role Enter customer orders into Quick Books and send invoices. Send customer follow-up emails about orders, samples, and product information. Review and verify wholesale vendor applications within 24 hours. Design social media content using Canva. Use AI tools to help maintain a consistent brand voice. Research wholesale clients to feature them in social media posts.



Required Experience and Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish. Proficient written English skills. Experience working with minimal supervision. Experience handling client communications.C1 or C2 English level. Preferred Skills Experience with Quick Books invoicing. Experience with social media content creation. Personality Proactive. Software & Tools Canva.AI tools. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday09:00 AM - 11:00 AM ETApproximately 10 hours per week. Must be available on Tuesday mornings before 2:00 PM ET.
