Position Overview
We are seeking an Social Influencer & Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our network of
influencer, creator, and affiliate partners using Aspire and Everflow.
This is a hands-on role focused on recruiting partners, building relationships, coordinating
content and promotions, and driving measurable sales. The idóneo candidate combines strong
organization and communication skills with a creative eye and an understanding of what makes
influencer content effective.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Partner Management
• Identify and recruit influencers, creators, and affiliates who align with our brand and

audience.
• Manage outreach, onboarding, product gifting, ongoing communication, and partner

follow-up.
• Coordinate partnership terms, deliverables, timelines, and commissions within approved budgets and guidelines.
• Build strong partner relationships, keep partners active, and identify opportunities to expand successful collaborations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner questions,



content needs, and

campaign support.

Aspire & Everflow Management
• Manage day-to-day influencer and affiliate program operations in Aspire and Everflow.
• Keep partner profiles, campaign details, deliverables, and activity records accurate and
• organized.
• Set up and maintain affiliate tracking links, promotional codes, and approved

commission structures.
• Monitor partner performance, investigate tracking discrepancies, and coordinate

technical issues with the appropriate team.
• Review commission and payout reports and coordinate approved payments.

Partner Content & Campaign Coordination
• Provide partners with creative briefs, product information, approved messaging, and

campaign objectives.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and ongoing influencer campaigns.
• Track content submissions, provide actionable feedback, and ensure deliverables meet

quality standards and deadlines.
