About The Company
Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing company helping home service businesses generate qualified leads and increase local brand visibility through organic community marketing.
Rather than relying exclusively on traditional paid advertising, the company has developed a highly effective approach centered around authentic engagement, local online communities, compelling content, and organic social media strategies.
The organization supports hundreds of businesses across industries such as roofing, construction, landscaping, painting, home improvement, and other local service categories.
The company has a strong culture of internal growth and believes in developing talented team members into increasingly responsible roles as the organization continues to scale.
About The Role
We are looking for a motivated, energetic Social Media Manager to support the development, execution, and growth of the company's organic social media presence.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who may not have many years of experience yet but has the drive, curiosity, creativity, and work ethic to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility.
The ideal candidate is highly engaged with social media, understands what makes content interesting and relevant, follows digital trends closely, and enjoys thinking about how brands can build authentic relationships with online communities.
This role is idóneo for someone looking to build a long-term career in social media and digital marketing within a growing organization.
