We’re High Scale — a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising on TV and social media. Think Amazon’s obsession with customer experience meets SpaceX’s fearless ambition—that’s the DNA behind everything we do.

Our 160-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a integral influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Junior Video Editor who is hungry to learn, fast on the keys, and ready to grow into a top-tier performance editor.

Speed, precision, and growth are your playground. As a Junior Video Editor, you are the engine room of our post-production team.

This isn’t just about cutting clips; it’s about mastering the art of performance marketing. You will learn the science behind “the hook,” the rhythm of a winning ad, and the technical workflows of a world-class agency. If you are eager to learn from the best and accelerate your career, this is your launchpad.
