Job Title: Influencer and Events Marketing Manager

Our client is a fast-paced company that uses AI to manage large-scale creator outreach and events.

Job Description

In this role, you will be a tactical builder focused on execution. You will set up essential tools and audit current processes. You will also build scalable database architecture and configure AI tools to automate tasks. A key part of your job will be creating a repeatable playbook for events. You will test and launch new outreach methods to ensure success.

You will spend 80% of your time executing tasks, running campaigns, and tracking data. This role requires a hands-on approach and a willingness to figure things out as you go. You will work closely with the founder to achieve ambitious targets quickly.

Responsibilities Of The Role
- Complete tool setup on day one.
- Align with the founder on key targets.
- Audit current spreadsheet bottlenecks.
- Build a database architecture capable of scaling to 100,000 profiles.
- Configure AI tools to automate candidate sourcing and verification.




- Draft a repeatable event-in-a-box playbook.
- Launch a micro-batch outreach test to validate the new pipeline.
- Execute processes, run campaigns, and track data.

Required Experience And Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- High comfort with setting up AI workflows, such as using Claude or setting up sourcing agents.
- Experience managing databases larger than standard spreadsheets (over 30,000 rows).
- Fluent English (C1 or C2 level).
- Ability to spend 80% of your time executing tasks and 20% on strategy.
- Ability to overlap for at least 4 hours during Central European Time (CET).
- Must be ready to start on or before November 1st.
- Must fit within a $30,000/year ($2,500/month) budget.

Preferred Skills
- B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- Multilingual capabilities.
- Background in tech or hospitality, transitioned into creator/events management within the last 3-6 years.
