You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Advanced Packaging, Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Assembly/Test to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with the product roadmap.
Adecuado candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years in engineering with program management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
