Shopper Marketing Manager, you'll ignite bold, insight-driven marketing strategies that fuel growth, strengthen bottler partner relationships, and drive winning results at retail. Acting as the key marketing powerhouse for both sales and customers, you'll leverage a deep understanding of shopper behavior, customer needs, and market trends to build impactful activations that create demand and elevate brand performance. You'll lead the development of customized annual marketing plans and disruptive, customer-specific campaigns, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, eCommerce, Brand Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, and Shopper Insights teams to deliver best-in-class execution that aligns with brand strategy and accelerates business growth.
