We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join the Data Security & Risk team. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to drive strategic data initiatives, enhance security processes, and support the delivery of innovative, AI-enabled solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to define and execute product and project roadmaps.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously assess priorities, identify risks and opportunities, and manage key deliverables and milestones.




- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, strategy, and feature prioritization.
- Define and enhance user experiences, support models, and monitoring capabilities for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and prioritize sprint backlogs, balancing business needs and technical requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of data-focused solutions.

Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience supporting data-related projects.
- Demonstrated interest in and exposure toArtificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and use cases.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams in complex environments.
