Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements across client engagements, product teams, and engineers. You will lead discovery, map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure what is shipped solves the intended problem.
You will work on client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, helping scope and estimate new projects while coordinating with product managers and QA.
