- You speak English confidently and can lead live video calls with clients in English. You'll be on calls with US and international clients from week one. Reading or writing English alone is not enough.

- You can work US East Coast hours, and occasionally support West Coast clients.

The role
You’ll be the main point of contact for our platform clients. Your job is to make sure they succeed with the product, stay with us, and grow with us. You’ll learn user acquisition from the ground up, and over time you’ll run campaigns yourself for some clients.
What you’ll do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of platform clients and make sure they’re getting real value from the product
- Onboard new clients and train them to use the platform based on their goals
- Act as the link between clients and our product team: gather feedback, report issues, and advocate for the features clients need
- Share new features and best practices so clients get the most out of the platform
- Be the first responder when clients have questions or run into product issues, and follow through until they’re resolved
- Learn UA and app marketing in depth, including attribution, and run campaigns for selected clients
