Jakobsen Restoration in Buenos Aires is seeking a sharp Call Center Agent / Dispatcher / Problem Solver for our plumbing division. You’ll be the frontline, coordinating jobs and resolving customer issues in real time.
Requirements include semi-senior level or above call center/dispatch experience and excellent English (spoken and written). You must be based in Buenos Aires and able to come into our Núñez office at least 2x/week. This is a hybrid role with growth potential.
