KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands, from strategy to shipping winners. You will manage tests on site, landing pages, funnels, and post-purchase upsells, with a focus on lifting CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
This role is fully remote and requires 3-4+ years of hands-on CRO experience. You will work directly with senior leadership, set quarterly goals, and optimize paid media funnels using Intelligems and other analytics tools
