We are seeking a Project Manager Lead to oversee the delivery of key business initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The idóneo candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively address risks while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Location: Exclusive for Brazil, Argentina and Costa Rica. 100% Remote and working hours are based on US Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery activities.
- Facilitate team ceremonies and working sessions.




- Maintain delivery dashboards and reporting.

- Manage vendor and partner contributions when applicable.
- Develop and execute a stakeholder communication and engagement plan for the initiative.
