We're looking for a Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about crafting premium visual content, not traditional advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with a maker mindset, using AI, motion, photography, and digital production techniques to elevate everyday content.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce social-first content across multiple brands and platforms.
- Create premium static, motion, and digital assets for always-on content programs.
- Translate existing campaign ideas into engaging social executions.
- Develop visual concepts for content series, product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural opportunities.
- Build presentations, mockups, storyboards, and production-ready creative.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors,



Copywriters, Producers, Strategists, and Designers.
- Work with AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation and production.
- Generate and refine imagery using platforms such as Adobe Firefly or similar tools.
- Partner with retouchers, motion designers, editors, and 3D artists when projects require specialized execution.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines while pushing creative quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with speed, organization, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in design or art direction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social content, digital design, product-focused creative, and content systems.
- Exceptional typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, I
