We're looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. If you're someone who thrives in a competitive environment, loves the hustle, and gets excited about hitting targets and driving growth — we want to hear from you.Drive Enrollment Growth- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups- Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programsLead Generation & Pipeline Management- Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline- Track all interactions accurately using CRM systemsCustomer Relationship Building- Build strong rapport with parents and guardians- Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs- Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experienceSales Execution- Confidently present program offerings and value propositions- Overcome objections and close enrollments- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targetsBilingual Customer Support- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish- Ensure all families feel supported, informed,
