Prosigliere is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a growth and marketing background to join a long-tenured product pod working with a fast-growing, multi-location consumer services brand in the US. You’ll own the client-facing application: the digital experience where prospective customers discover the service, book, and pay.
This is not a pure Product Owner role. The heart of the job is bridging marketing and product. You’ll turn acquisition and funnel insights into product decisions and make sure what we ship moves conversion and growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning growth for the client-facing app. Find where the funnel leaks, prioritize what fixes it, and measure whether it worked.
- Bridging marketing and product. Partner with the marketing team to understand channels, campaigns, and audiences, and translate that into the product roadmap.
- Optimizing conversion end to end. Cover the full path from landing page to booking to checkout. Design and run experiments, read the results honestly, and iterate.
- Deeply understanding the customer. Run user research and usability tests, and analyze behavior (funnels, cohorts, session recordings, heatmaps) to find pain points and opportunities.
- Defining what we measure. Partner with data and engineering on the tracking plan and event taxonomy, so funnel and behavior questions can be answered without a data ticket every time.
- Owning the backlog and delivery. Write user stories and acceptance criteria, set priorities you can defend, and ship in increments that deliver value along the way.
- Keeping stakeholders aligned. Act as the day-to-day client liaison and report on your impact in outcomes such as conversion, bookings, and revenue per visitor, not in features shipped.
What you should have
- 5+ years in product management, including hands-on experience in a growth, conversion, or marketing-facing product role.
- Proven experience with checkout flows and conversion optimization.
You’ve shipped changes and can show the impact.
- Marketing fluency: acquisition funnels, paid and organic channels, landing pages, attribution basics, and how campaigns translate into product behavior.
- Experimentation experience: designing A/B tests, defining success metrics, and interpreting results without over-reading them.
- Strong analytical skills. You’re comfortable in product analytics tools and can validate a number yourself before you defend it.
- User research experience, including interviews, usability testing, and turning qualitative insights into decisions.
- Solid agile delivery experience: managing backlogs, running sprints, and working closely with engineering and design.
- Experience working with distributed or nearshore teams. You write requirements that survive a time-zone gap.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to influence stakeholders on both the client and delivery sides.
- Bias for action. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can ramp up on a new product and toolset without much hand-holding.
Bonus points
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
- A background in consumer services, e-commerce, multi-location businesses, or booking and scheduling flows.
- Experience with payments, pricing, or financing options at checkout.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working in a consulting or staff augmentation environment.
Why join Prosigliere?
- Impact. Your work shows up directly in conversion and revenue numbers, not just in a release log.
- Ownership. This isn’t a support role. You’ll own the growth of the client-facing product from day one.
- A stable team. You’ll join a long-tenured pod, not a rotating bench, and work with people who know the product deeply.
- Growth. You’ll be part of a growing team with room to take on more responsibility as we scale.
