You will work in a fast-paced consulting setting, applying clustering, sentiment analysis, purchase propensity, churn, and CLV models to optimize Customer Operations and Sales.
You will build LLM-based pipelines, RAG architectures, and NLP flows, processing unstructured data from CRMs and call transcripts.
