At the core of the role
We are looking for Senior Java Cloud-Native Developers to join our team and contribute to innovative solutions in the FinTech industry.
The role focuses on building scalable, cloud-native applications for the banking ecosystem, using modern Java technologies, microservices, containers, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.
This is a hybrid position based in Buenos Aires with 3 days per week working from the bank's office.
Core skills you’ll bring
- Strong professional background in Java 17+, with hands-on knowledge of Quarkus and Spring Boot for developing scalable backend applications.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration, including designing distributed services and communication between systems.
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker for deploying and managing containerized applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication, event-driven solutions, and messaging between distributed services.
- Familiarity with API Gateway and API-based architectures, with an understanding of API Economy and enterprise API integration.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD practices and modern software delivery processes for cloud-native applications.
- Understanding of Open Banking and Banking as a Service (BaaS) concepts and their application in financial technology.
- Ability to design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions in an enterprise environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Background in FinTech, banking, or financial services.
