Nortal is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, mostly remote. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partnering with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract, quality, and cost targets across integral projects.
This role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication. You’ll mentor junior staff and help shape monitoring strategy across LATAM projects.
