AgileEngine is seeking a Software Engineer with Java and MuleSoft expertise to own backend services and platform-level engineering for the Case object ecosystem. You will strengthen service logic, data processing, and platform reliability while supporting Salesforce Service Cloud integrations.
You will participate in production troubleshooting, on-call rotation, and incident response, while coordinating with internal teams on integration issues affecting Cases and case workflows.
