Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across the Americas in a fully remote role. You will manage a high-volume workload (15–20 requisitions) and coordinate with 2–3 client accounts, sourcing and screening candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure inclusive, quality-driven decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
