We are looking for a HR Reporting Analyst to join our HR Ops team
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requests into reporting requirements and actionable insights.
- Partner with stakeholders and clarify ambiguous requests.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Communicate findings and recommendations professionally.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Translate business requests into clear reporting requirements and actionable insights.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision‑making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality control processes.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and provide data-driven solutions.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and compliance when handling employee data.
- Communicate findings, timelines, and recommendations clearly and professionally.




- Contribute to the standardization, documentation, and governance of HR metrics and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve reporting workflows and deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations.
