Getdarwin is seeking a motivated AI Special Forces Specialist to serve as the first line of defense for clients using our AI agents and integrations. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues while collaborating across CS, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering to ensure prompt, thorough resolutions.
You will respond to inquiries via messaging channels, resolve AI behavior and API related problems, monitor alerts, and help improve our platform.
