Verimatrix is seeking a Resident Engineer for the Americas region, supporting deployments across on‑prem, hybrid, and AWS environments at client sites. You will own day‑to‑day administration, monitoring, and customer‑facing support of Verimatrix products.
As the primary technical contact, you will coordinate with clients and internal teams, lead incident responses, perform RCA, and report progress regularly.
