We are looking for a Financial Planning & Controlling Specialist to join a multinational company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina .
The role will support financial planning, performance management and business decision-making, working closely with Finance and business stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
- Support budget, forecast and monthly closing processes.
- Analyze P&L; performance, profitability, risks and opportunities.
- Monitor financial results versus targets and explain key variances.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Support controls related to commercial policies and expenses.

Requirements
- Experience in FP&A;, Controlling, Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Advanced English.
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis.
- Previous Big Four experience is a plus.
