Support a CEO directly, keeping priorities, communication and daily follow-through organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own executive assistance and day-to-day follow-through for a CEO.

• Coordinate communication, documentation and priorities using modern collaboration tools.

• Maintain organized records and workflows across the executive team.





Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a single executive assistant role reporting directly to a CEO.

• Fluent spoken and written English.

• Strong proficiency with office suites, project tools, Slack and a CRM.

Nice-to-Haves:

A consistent employment history with long tenure in executive assistant roles.
