About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage all operational aspects of their business in Sandton . This executive-level position is responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall operational strategy to support business objectives in Sandton .

Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, with a proven record of success.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, and P&L; responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large teams in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and technology integration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
