Business Advisor

Salary: starting at $1,300 USD / month
Location: Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Argentina (remote)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, U.S. business hours (EST)

About the role
As a Business Advisor, you’ll be the go-to coach and advisor for Operations Managers: before they go live with a client and after they’re placed. You’ll translate business realities (ops, client expectations, performance) into clear guidance so managers grow fast and clients get reliable results. You’ve managed before. You’ve been in the chair making real decisions, so you can credibly advise people carrying that same responsibility.

This seat raises the bar. We only hire people who raise the standard: real leadership instincts, culture-building, someone who naturally takes charge, has been through hard things at work, and doesn’t soft-exit when accountability gets uncomfortable. If you’re on the fence about hard accountability, this isn’t the role.

You’ll coach Ops Managers through our training and the install sprint: scorecards, playbooks, meeting rhythms,



and redirecting owners/OMs back to the core constraint when they drift into busywork.

What you’ll do
-Coach Ops Managers before placement (readiness, expectations, how we work with clients, EdgeOS install reality)
-Coach Ops Managers after placement (ongoing sessions, performance gaps, real client situations)
-Give practical business advice on running day-to-day operations with U.S. construction / roofing / public adjusting / home & trade services clients
-Help Ops Managers problem-solve real client and ops situations: diagnose the issue, pressure-test options, and land on a clear next step
-Help managers prioritize, communicate with clients, and own outcomes under pressure
-Coach hard accountability: difficult feedback, escalate when placement quality is at risk, protect the client when an OM drifts off-system
-Partner with internal hiring/training teams so coaching reinforces what was taught in
