On behalf of a leading international company, a integral leader in ICT infrastructure and connectivity solutions, we are looking for an experienced Customer Partner (Financial Services & Banking) to join our team in Buenos Aires, on site, working hand in hand with the main banks and financial institutions in the country.

In this role you will be the trusted service partner for our banking and financial clients, ensuring the successful delivery of their enterprise infrastructure projects, driving customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to grow the relationship.

As Customer Partner (Financial Services & Banking) you will be responsible for:

• Lead the service delivery of financial customer projects, coordinating presales, implementation, Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.
• Understand the Data Center architecture of banking clients to identify new project opportunities and drive service renewals.




• Collaborate with Product and other internal teams to coordinate resources and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Define and implement service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Build strong relationships with customer IT teams, infrastructure managers and executive level decision makers.

Academic Background
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Professional Experience
• 6 to 8 years of experience in service roles within the technology industry.
• 1 to 2 years of experience working with banks or financial institutions, delivering key projects and providing Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) assurance.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise ICT solutions: Networking, Data Center, Storage, Cloud and Cybersecurity.
• English: Proficient.
