Scope of the role: LATAM markets excluding Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia (*)

Job Responsibilities:

Sales
• Responsible for Latin America (*) sales of automotive products (vehicles or components), formulating and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Develop, maintain, and manage dealers, agents, and direct customers to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
• Gain deep insights into market demand, industry trends, and competitors' activities to develop corresponding sales strategies.

Customer Management & Support
• Handle daily communication, business follow-up,



and contract negotiations with key clients and dealers to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide professional product training and market support to assist clients in improving their sales performance.
• Promptly address customer feedback and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Analysis & Reporting
• Regularly collect and analyze market information, evaluate sales performance, and submit sales reports with improvement suggestions.
• Forecast sales trends, optimize product sales strategies, and increase market share.

Cross-Department Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to optimize product supply, market promotion, and sales strategies.
• Coordinate production and logistics to ensure timely order delivery and inventory management.
