The Role
You will turn raw footage into short-form videos that grab attention in the first seconds, keep people watching and make our clients look and sound their best. Every video you deliver should be clean, match the client’s brand, arrive on time and be ready to post without any fixes.
What You Will Do
• Edit raw footage into short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Build edits with strong openings, tight cuts and no empty pauses.
• Add accurate captions, text on screen and simple motion graphics.
• Clean up the audio, balance volume levels and choose music that fits the client.
• Follow each client’s style guide so their videos always look professional and consistent.
• Deliver your edits on time and tell the team early if something might cause a delay.
• Apply feedback from the team and clients carefully and get it right the first time.
• Notice which edits perform best and share what you learn with the team.

What We Are Looking For
Attention to detail is required for this role. One spelling mistake in a caption, one jump cut in the wrong place or one bad sound in the audio can ruin a great video, and our clients notice these things.
We like creativity, but here consistency, quality, finishing what you start and meeting deadlines are much more important.
