Administers employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, data changes, leave-related actions, and offboarding, using established procedures and documentation standards.

Resolves Tier 2 employee and manager inquiries by reviewing case details, applying HR policies and process rules, documenting rationale, and escalating exceptions when required.

Maintains accurate employee records and case documentation in HR systems and service tools to support audit readiness, traceability, and compliance with control requirements.

Coordinates handoffs with payroll, benefits, talent, and other support teams to complete assigned work within defined service levels and documented process requirements.

Analyzes standard reports, case details, and transaction data to validate totals, reconcile differences, and support accurate processing
