You’re Our Adecuado Candidate IF:
• You hold a University Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Analytics, or related fields.
• You bring 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance, conversion optimization, CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation, or demand generation.




• You demonstrate fluency in Portuguese (to engage the Brazilian market), Spanish (for regional team collaboration), and functional English (for international documentation and meetings).
• You possess proven experience analyzing funnels, running paid media campaign optimizations (Meta Ads & Google Ads), and setting up forms, landing pages, segmentations, and lead scoring logic.
• You are proficient in CRM systems, lead lifecycle management, automation logic, and funnel analytics (HubSpot experience is highly desirable).
• You hold a strong command of spreadsheets, UTM tracking parameters, campaign attribution, conversion measurement, and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, or heatmap tools are a plus).
• You have experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with content, design, tech, operations, and sales functions (experience in EdTech, digital services, or consultative sales is a plus).
