We/'re looking for Prompt Writers to craft original, inventive, and challenging prompts that push AI models to their limits — helping them become smarter, safer, and more genuinely capable.
This is a fully remote, versátil contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and a knack for thinking outside the box. No technical or AI background required — just a sharp, creative mind and the ability to communicate clearly across a wide range of topics.

What You/'ll Do
- Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
- Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
- Develop prompts specifically aimed at surfacing weaknesses in AI responses
- Create prompts that evaluate AI performance on safety, tone, and factual correctness
- Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision
- Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback from project leads
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
