About The Role
Align Technology is seeking a Creative Production Designer to support the EMEA Marketing team with day-to-day creative production and operational design needs. This role is focused on executional design support rather than senior creative concepting. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable producing high-quality digital and print assets based on existing brand guidelines, templates, and stakeholder requests. The designer will help the in-house EMEA design team manage growing demand by supporting formatting, resizing, mockups, presentation assets, digital/print adaptations, Canva-based work, and other recurring production tasks.

- This is a remote, contract role
- Poland-based candidates preferred, also open to LATAM-based candidates. The posted hourly rate range reflects both markets and may vary based on location and experience.
- The engagement is expected to be 20-25 hours per week for an initial 3-month term
- This is an immediate need. Candidates should be readily available to interview and onboard if selected
- Candidates should be comfortable and possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Create and adapt design assets for digital and print formats based on EMEA marketing team requests.
- Support formatting, layout, resizing, mockups, and versioning of existing creative materials.
- Apply Align brand guidelines consistently across all design outputs.
- Prepare assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office, and other approved platforms.
- Revise projects quickly based on stakeholder feedback and direction from the internal design team.
- Help manage recurring production tasks so internal team members can focus on higher-level creative projects.
