Job Description
- Administer and support the implementation of learning and development, and employee capability-building programmes across the University.
- Administer staff development applications, study assistance schemes, learning benefits and related employee development processes.
- Monitor learner progress, compliance with staff development requirements and employee development outcomes.
- Maintain learning and development records, databases, budgets and reporting systems, and prepare management information and reports.
- Provide professional advice and operational support on learning and development policies, programmes, procedures and opportunities.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance,



professional development and institutional capability through effective learning and development interventions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Organisational Psychology, Education, Adult Learning, Industrial Psychology, or a Related field coupled with three (3) years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Employee Development, Educational Administration with good organisational and administrative skills, OR
- A Diploma in relevant fields coupled with four (4) years of relevant experience in the field of expertise with good organisational and administrative skills and any other job‑specific criteria as may be required.
