You will own client relationships, drive end-to-end project delivery, manage tickets in ITSM platforms, and coordinate multi-workstream initiatives including hardware, cabling, and power/cooling.
You will guide juniors on-site, manage budgets and vendor relations, and ensure safety and change processes are followed while delivering on-time results for remote clients.
