ZEXTER is a technology company developing its own full-stack platform for the digital entertainment and iGaming ecosystem. We build scalable technology solutions for operators, creators, and digital businesses, helping them launch, manage, scale and monetize their products more efficiently.
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our B2B business. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for someone who knows the iGaming market from the inside, has a strong industry network and is ready to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships and drive our platform’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Source operators and direct advertisers and reach decision-makers; manage the funnel from lead qualification to contract, integration and first traffic.
- Study the affiliate team’s demand and cover the network’s needs by GEO, source, product and offer terms.
- Lead commercial negotiations: payment models, payouts, caps, qualified conversion criteria, allowed sources, restrictions, reconciliation and settlement timelines.




- Agree and document terms together with the relevant teams; account for network margin and the risks of non-payment or disputed payouts.
- Coordinate integration with the technical team: task setting, conversion events and statuses, postback/API, data transfer testing and offer launch readiness.
- Hand over to the Affiliate Manager a complete offer card and agreed terms; jointly organize the test and evaluate its results.
- Manage the advertiser portfolio after onboarding: grow volumes, secure new GEOs and products, improve payouts, increase caps, resolve restrictions and pauses.
- Analyze offer performance, traffic quality and approval rates, portfolio profitability; agree on improvements with operators and the affiliate team.
- Take part in reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and monitoring receivables together with Finance; maintain the CRM and the forecast of launches and turnover.
