About The Role
Turn inbound leads into booked appointments and sales for US businesses.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, SMS and email
- Qualify leads and understand their needs
- Book appointments on the sales team's calendar
- Follow up with leads that haven't converted yet
- Keep the CRM up to date
- Reach daily activity and booking targets

Requirements
- 1+ year in sales, appointment setting or customer service




- Advanced English (C1 or higher), confident on the phone
- Target-driven and resilient
- CRM experience

Nice To Have
- GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Close
- Experience in real estate, home services or insurance
