About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy BDR / Sales Operations Specialist who combines hands-on outbound prospecting, CRM management, and sales automation.




This is not a traditional BDR position.
You will take ownership of the attorney acquisition pipeline, from identifying and engaging prospective attorneys to scheduling qualified meetings, managing follow-ups, and improving sales workflows.
The idóneo candidate is equally comfortable communicating with prospects, analyzing pipeline performance, and using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
