Lago is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative / Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
As a key member of our team, you will handle customer inquiries, manage communications, and support various administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.




- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the management team in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback.

- Experience supporting remote teams or in an international company.
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of workflow automation or process documentation.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or similar tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for remote work.
