Your Tasks
- Lead national & international logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery, inventory flow, warehouse productivity, transportation performance and service quality for Beiersdorf customers.
- Lead, coach and develop the Logistics and Foreign Trade (COMEX) team.
- Lead and govern all import and export operations across the cluster, ensuring customs compliance, regulatory adherence, trade documentation accuracy, duty optimization and uninterrupted product flow within LATAM and international markets.
- Stocktaking and inventory accuracy:
Plan and execute the stocktaking in alignment with Corporate Audit requirement. Ensure throughout the year control processes to guarantee high inventory preciseness.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience, including significant leadership responsibility in warehouse operations, transportation management, import/export operations and foreign trade.
- Proven experience managing multi-country logistics operations within LATAM and leading third-party logistics providers is preferred.
- Experience in international trade, customs processes, import/export regulations and cross-border logistics.
- Advanced English.
