About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient management of inventory levels within the distribution center.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve safety.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
and report on operational effectiveness to management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably within a distribution center environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A valid driver's license is required for occasional site visits and coordination activities.
