Objective Recruiting is a Vancouver-based recruiting firm looking for remote recruiters to help us fill non-tech roles for Canadian clients.

The Opportunity
Depending on your strengths, you may focus on:
- Sourcing & Headhunting: Find, approach, and attract qualified candidates, including those not actively looking for work.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct structured candidate assessments and recorded interviews.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage candidate delivery from sourcing through assessment and hiring.

Schedule
Work is coordinated around Canadian Pacific Time (PT). Hours can be versátil, but availability during Canadian afternoons and evenings is important, as candidates are often most available after work.

What We're Looking For
- Recruiting experience in Canada, the US, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Demonstrated ability in sourcing, interviewing, or full-cycle recruiting.
- CEFR C1 English or better.
- Strong initiative, responsivene
