Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to test new strategies, analyze performance data, and continuously improve campaign results.

and a proven track record of managing profitable paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets ranging from $50,000–$500,000+.
- Conduct audience research, targeting strategy, and funnel optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance using data dashboards, attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
- Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and advanced segmentation.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
