Our client is an IT managed service provider. They help companies that are too big to handle IT themselves but too small to hire an internal IT department.
Job Description
You will provide remote technical support to clients based in the US. This involves assisting clients over the phone and via email. You will also receive training on systems provided by the company. A key part of your role will be performing technical assessments.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Provide support for clients based in the US.
- Provide remote tech support over the phone.
- Assist clients with their technical issues.
- Make and receive phone calls.
- Email clients.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and user support.
- Perform technical assessments.

Required Experience And Qualifications
- Good, stable internet connection.




- A Windows computer.
- Technical skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Customer service skills.
- C2 English level.
- Availability outside of standard working hours for emergencies.
