Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute retained executive search assignments from initiation to completion.
- Develop targeted search strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth executive assessments, including competency and psychometric evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and client organizations.
- Provide expert market insights and strategic talent advice to clients.
- Manage the offer process, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism throughout.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in executive search, preferably within a retained search firm or specialized recruitment consultancy.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior leadership roles (C-suite, Director, VP level).
- Exceptional market mapping, candidate sourcing, and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and negotiation nuances.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote capacity.
