Lavendo is a US-based boutique recruiting agency seeking a Talent Sourcer to build strong, qualified candidate pipelines for our clients. This remote role focuses on outbound sourcing, engaging talent, and supporting recruiters.
You’ll join a small, coaching-enabled team that values ownership, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. You’ll work in a versátil, asynchronous environment with team syncs during US Pacific Time hours and overlap until 3 PM PT.
