Pavago is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to own the customer experience end-to-end while leading a small customer service team. You will coach a two-person team, review their work, and delegate priorities to ensure a consistently strong customer experience.
This role offers high autonomy in a startup-like environment, with day-to-day interaction with the Co-Founder and Strategy & Operations Associate, handling calls and emails, shipping coordination, and post-sale follow-up.
