- Conduct end-to-end hiring processes from leading kick-offs to extending the offer to the best-in-market candidate for the role.
- Ensure we hire with high standards of quality, being mindful of our business, culture, technical needs, and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Handle multiple and diverse roles proactively developing ad-hoc solutions to reach the hiring goals
- Drive a world-class candidate experience, making sure each touchpoint—from first outreach to final decision—is transparent, engaging, and human.
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to assess and understand their specific hiring needs and goals and provide them with regular progress updates
- Collaborate with relevant HRBPs to ensure hiring aligns with business and team needs
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives related to AI, Employer Branding, DEI, Metrics, Sources, Documentation, etc.
- Proactively propose improvements in hiring practices
- Maintain and update recruitment records on the ATS to keep clear information and report on relevant Talent metrics
- Utilize data to share hiring insights and market trends with Hiring Managers and drive process improvement
- Leverage modern talent technologies, AI sourcing tools, and automation to streamline the hiring workflow, reduce friction, and elevate the candidate experience.
